Rule 94
These Rules To Be Applied
– (1) Except the provisions relating to license all  other provisions of these Rules shall be applicable to production or
development of electricity developed pursuant to Section 34 of the Act by  Government of Nepal by itself.
(2) Except the provisions relating to license all other provisions of  these Rules shall be applicable to any person or corporate body who does  the work of production, transmission or distribution of electricity having  the capacity of up to 1000 kilowatt.
